None at all — most guests stand up and paddle within minutes. It’s calm, shallow near shore and fully guided.
Yes. Children are welcome and will be provided with a properly fitted life jacket, with our experienced guide accompanying you throughout the experience. We’ll be happy to advise on the recommended minimum age and suitability when you make your booking.
We only paddle in safe, calm conditions and will reschedule if needed.
