Booking & payment
A booking is confirmed once we accept your request and any required deposit is received. Prices are shown per person and are always displayed on each experience page.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel, please tell us as early as possible. Cancellation terms vary by experience and season and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Weather & safety
Your safety is our priority. We may adjust, reschedule or cancel an experience due to weather, snow or trail conditions. Where we cancel for safety, we will offer an alternative date or a refund.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your group’s health, fitness and experience, and for following your guide’s instructions during the activity.
Insurance
We strongly recommend appropriate travel and activity insurance for all participants.
